The Bead Chest's products are handmade by independent artisans and made from recycled materials such as bottle glass, windows, and others. They are strung on authentic West African raffia and produced in accordance with fair trade principles. These beads are great for jewelry making, or can be worn as-is.

The company offers a consistent supply, a large variety of colors and sizes, and quick turnaround time. Please note that due to the handmade nature of the products, the tone, brightness, and/or color of the product received may vary from the photo. Additionally, any sizes and/or bead counts mentioned are approximations and may vary up to 10-15% from the stated number. Multiple strands may be pictured, but each strand is sold individually.

Each bead measures 5 x 13mm, with a hole size of 2mm. The beads are 100% authentic Ghanaian products, official products of The Bead Chest, and sold by the strand at wholesale value. They are handmade by fair trade artisans in Ghana.
